Proposal

Abri acquired the land at Breach Avenue, Southbourne with outlined planning approval for 34 new homes.

When designing the proposed homes we want to carefully consider the appearance and ensure they fit with the local area and community.

We intend to build a mix of one-bedroom maisonettes and two, three and four-bedroom homes to cater to a wide range of needs including first-time buyers, families and people who may wish to upsize or downsize. All of the homes will be affordable homes, comprising a mix of rented homes and homes available to buy through shared ownership.

The homes will be built by our own in-house construction management team to ensure we have full control of the whole process and build homes of great quality for the people that live there.

Along one side the development will be an apple tree orchard and open public space to help create a natural environment.

Access to the development will be from Breach Avenue and we will be creating a shared pedestrian and cycle path to help connectivity.
